Due to illness I had to cancel one room and although I knew the terms, no refund was offered despite the hotel taking another booking for the room
Service was very good the room was very clean it was a 15min. walk to the Vatican and 10 min. walk to the Piazza del Popola, one day the shuttle bus drove us close to the old town,so no complain about the sevice.the room was very clean but a bit small.
free parking near sity centar clean room
staff service, inside condition of hotel was pretty good and near from vaticano to approach.
The hotel is in a nice area, quiet (traffic not important). Only 10 mn walk to Piazza di Popolo. Staff was very friendly and helpful.
The breakfast is worthless, suits better in a 2 or 3 stars hotel. Almost everything is industrial. But good cakes.
Complimentary breakfast was good,(DAILY: scrambled eggs,dry cereal, cheese,ham&salami,yogert,and many rolls&cakes.Plus coffee,teas&juices.)
Seemed farther from metro system than was stated ; at least 15-20min. walk. No airport shuttle was available; a taxi to the airport was arranged for 55 euro.
The hotel was quite comfortable, with helpful staff. It is a 10 minute walk from the metro station Lepanto. The breakfast had pretty much what I eat in the morning. Our room was not facing the main street, so it was very quite (not sure how noisy it is in the rooms facing the street). The hotel has a gym and a mini spa, however we did not use them.
Staff was always very helpful in whichever request we had. The location was great, just 10-15 mins walking to the metro station Lepanto which is 3 stops from centre or 1 stop from Vatican City. Located in a quiet neighborhood, good restaurant 2 blocks away when you arrive very tired and don't want to walk more.
Breakfast it was a dissapointment, too much sweat bread, only watermellon as fruit, not what you would expect on a 4 star hotel, specially because when things run out, they take long to re fill them. If you plan to arrive at night we recommend to take a taxi, bus 95 (Millizia stop) takes too long to arrive which would drop you almost in front of the hotel but the north part of the avenue is way too scary to walk with suitcases at night, but once you found your way, it is a great location.
Nicely furnished and clean rooms with balconies. Internet fee was reasonable and affordable. Beds were comforable and plenty of closet space for clothes and luggage. In room safe for security. Air conditioner worked efficiently.
Price was rather high for location. Not walking distance to popular attractions. Staff tried to sell us a tour package since the hotel does not offer free shuttle buses. We accepted this on the 2nd day but the staff never made our reservation as promised the evening before. We ended up taking an expensive cab ride to Trevi Fountain area and had trouble finding the correct bus to bring us back to the hotel later that day. The staff could be more helpful in sharing information about mass transit instead of "pushing" the tours.
The staff is extremely helpful and polite. The hotel is quaint and very neat and clean. The restaurant on the top is very romantic and enjoyable.
Our only complaint is trhat it was a little far from the hub of activity.
nice room and bath, comfy bed, good air condition
room was small but that was no big problem, the same about parking but hotel staff manages it ) also rather far from center but possible to reach by foot
Cleanliness, value for money, politeness and good breakfast
The toilet do not flush properly after using it once and there is not enough water in the bowl. But the staffs are very useful.
room was nice, comfortable and clean. Breakfast is fine, especially pastries and cookies. Close to the center (5 minutes walk to Piazza Poppulo) and calm (no huge traffic, you'll sleep well at night). Restaurant on the roof is a good place to relax in the evening.
Plumbing system (pipes) must be cleaned, because water doesn't leave the bath as fast as it should
Staff at reception was nice and efficient. The room was ok, clean and comfortable. The location is very convenient close to the city centre and the Vatican City. Good value for money.
Breakfast was below standards for a 4 star hotel. The staff was not very efficient. Tables were not available for all guests. Cappuccino was not exactly what you had expected in Rome. It is worth saying though that the period chosen for our stay was middle August (Ferragosto) and this may explain part of the problems above.
Free parking and 3 nights in rome with free parking for a total of 200 euros was A bargain
Breakfast was poor It was a good 20 min walk to the vatican not 5 mins like was stated Location is out of the way
